About
Welcome to my page
Throughout my professional journey, I have always wondered: why does work, which occupies such a significant part of our lives, many times become a source of suffering? It’s not just about the usual frustrations—such as conflicts, poor communication, poorly defined career plans, or lack of opportunities for development and participation. These issues are real, but there is something deeper that underlies these situations.
With 25 years of experience in the corporate world, I have worked with many managers but only a few true leaders. One of the most defining experiences happened when I was just 17 years old. I found myself in a toxic work environment dominated by structural sexism, led by an unqualified supervisor who had neither the skills nor the disposition to be in that role. The issue was not merely the lack of interpersonal skills, but a complete absence of respect and empathy. Despite it all, I needed that job to continue my studies.
It was my friendship with a colleague that became my anchor in that hostile environment. Together, we supported each other and faced the daily challenges, building a connection that still remains strong to this day.
Over time, my professional path evolved, and the challenges I faced became different, but the lesson remained: leadership is not about title or position; it’s about attitude and self-awareness. This experience ignited in me a passion for transforming the way we lead and relate to others at work.
After working with various multinational organisations in Brazil, Italy, and England, I decided to dedicate myself to corporate education. My focus is on leadership training and development, executive coaching, and consultancy. I work with companies, established leaders, and professionals who aspire to lead authentically, leaving a positive legacy for both people and organisations. My goal is to foster human-centred and inclusive workplaces, where personal and professional growth naturally support productivity.
This is the essence of my work: to empower leaders so that they can, in turn, inspire and transform the lives of those around them.
