Marli’s Journey

Throughout my professional path, I always wondered: why does work—which occupies such a significant part of our lives—so often become a source of suffering? It’s not just about recurring frustrations—like conflicts, poor communication, ill-defined career plans, or lack of development opportunities. These challenges are real, but they usually reveal something deeper: the way we relate to work, to others, and to ourselves.

With 25 years of experience in the corporate world, I’ve worked with many managers—but few true leaders. One of the most formative experiences happened in my teens, when I found myself in a toxic environment marked by structural sexism and led by someone without training or empathy. The absence of respect and humanity profoundly impacted me—but it also awakened something essential: the importance of safe, conscious, and humane workplaces.

Over time, my career developed within multinational companies in Brazil, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and the challenges changed—but the lesson remained: leadership isn’t a title, it’s a stance. And suffering at work rarely happens by chance; it is often the result of dysfunctional structures, cultures, and mindsets.

Today, I dedicate my work to human development and organizational transformation. I partner with professionals in crisis, transition, or under pressure, helping them realign their career trajectories with clarity, balance, and purpose through an exclusive method based on three fundamental pillars.

At the same time, I support companies with tailored consulting in organizational culture, emotional and mental well-being programs, executive coaching, and development of authentic leadership.

My purpose is to contribute to building healthier, more inclusive, and more conscious workplaces—where personal and professional development go hand in hand with performance and collective well-being.

This is the essence of my work: helping people and organizations turn critical moments into meaningful turning points—with greater awareness, humanity, and impact.

Qualifications

I am a specialist in corporate education, executive coaching, and change management, with over 25 years of experience at global companies such as AB InBev and Amazon, operating in Brazil, Italy, and the UK.

I hold a degree in Social Communication from UNESP (Bauru), a specialization in Business Administration and Marketing from PUC Campinas, and a master’s in Organizational Change Consultancy and Management from the University of London (Birkbeck).

I am also certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP and a Master Executive and Personal Coach by PNL Polis in Italy.
