Marli’s Journey
Throughout my professional life, I have often asked myself: why does work—which occupies such a significant part of our lives—so often become a source of suffering? It isn’t just the recurring frustrations—conflicts, poor communication, ill-defined career plans or lack of development opportunities. These challenges are real, but they usually point to something deeper: how we relate to work, to others and to ourselves.
With 25 years in the corporate world, I’ve worked alongside many managers but encountered few true leaders. One of my most formative experiences came during my teenage years, when I found myself in a toxic, structurally sexist environment led by someone without empathy or preparation. The absence of respect and humanity impacted me profoundly—but it also awakened in me the vital importance of safe, conscious and human-centred workplaces.
Over time, my career evolved across multinational companies in Brazil, Italy and the United Kingdom, and the challenges shifted—but the lesson remained: leadership is not a title, it’s a stance. And suffering at work rarely arises by chance; it is often the result of dysfunctional structures, cultures and mental models.
Today, I dedicate myself to human development and organisational transformation. I work with professionals in crisis, transition or under pressure, helping them realign their career trajectory with clarity, balance and purpose through an exclusive method built on three fundamental pillars.
At the same time, I support companies with bespoke consultancies in organisational culture, emotional and mental well-being programmes, executive coaching and the development of authentic leaders.
My purpose is to help build healthier, more inclusive and conscious workplaces—where personal and professional growth go hand in hand with performance and collective well-being.
This is the essence of my work: guiding individuals and organisations to turn critical moments into meaningful turning points—with greater awareness, humanity and impact.
Qualifications
I am a specialist in corporate learning, executive coaching and change management, with over 25 years’ experience at global companies such as AB InBev and Amazon, in Brazil, Italy and the UK.
I hold a degree in Social Communication from UNESP (Bauru), a postgraduate specialisation in Business Administration and Marketing from PUC Campinas, and a master’s in Organisational Change Consultancy and Management from the University of London (Birkbeck).
I am also certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP and as a Master Executive and Personal Coach by PNL Polis in Italy.
